Intelligence Exchange contracted us to work on their API documentation. They were following Documentation Driven Design (DDD) for their application but they didn't have the documentation, to begin with.
We worked as both Business Analysts and Technical Writers to create a complete documentation of their product. At times, we also guided the developers on the best practice to implement some of the features in the application.
Intelligence Exchange now has a working model that is based on the API documentation we provided. They are aiming to secure a venture-backed capital this year.
